Return Window

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return or exchange window, giving you the flexibility to make sure your purchase is just right.
Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 72 hours), your exchange order will be processed and shipped according to our standard delivery timelines.
For refunds, the amount will be credited within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return or refund has been completed.

Return Exclusions and Condition Criteria
  • Personalized or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Factory Seconds items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All ordered and complimentary items must be returned in unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and resellable condition, along with the packing slip.
  • For shoe returns, the sole and upper must be free from scratches or wear.
  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions.

In case of receiving a wrong or defective product, please contact us within 2 working days.

Return Shipping and Alteration Charges
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning items.

  • For custom orders, our team reviews measurements based on your height and weight and may recommend adjustments.
    If you choose to proceed with your original measurements and encounter fitting issues upon delivery, a minimal alteration fee may apply.

Custom Orders — Return and Alteration

We strive to deliver your perfectly fitted jacket on the first attempt. However, if your custom order doesn’t fit as expected, we offer the first alteration free of charge.

Our Approach to Mutual Success

Crafting a bespoke jacket requires meticulous attention to detail, ensuring your full satisfaction. We proactively address common return reasons through the following:

  • Design & Quality: Before dispatch, we share final product images for your approval, allowing you to confirm the design, material, and stitching.
  • Sizing: During order placement, our support team collects accurate body measurements. Referring to our sizing guide helps avoid sizing discrepancies.
    Even with this, if your jacket requires adjustments, your first alteration is complimentary.
Refund

We do not accept returns for refunds on custom orders, as each jacket is made exclusively for you.
 Every detail — from style and material to hardware and finish — is based on your personal specifications, making the item non-resellable.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations
  • Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of order placement via the designated request link.
  • Once an order has been dispatched or is under customs clearance, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please accept the parcel and arrange a return if needed.
  • If a time-sensitive order has been confirmed for a specific delivery date, cancellations are not permitted once production has begun, as special measures are taken to ensure timely completion.
Order Acceptance & Payment
  • Product prices and availability may change without prior notice.
  • Errors will be corrected upon discovery.
  • In rare cases of pricing discrepancies, if the correct price is lower, we will refund the difference; if higher, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order.
  • We are not obligated to fulfill orders at incorrect (lower) prices.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, and for any reason.
