Returns (For Regular Products)

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
(Recommended minimum for Google compliance)

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the US return address and shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of approval/rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund duration may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Customized / Made-to-Measure Jackets

Customized or made-to-measure items are not eligible for return or refund.
If the fit is incorrect, we offer one free alteration within 7 days of delivery.
In case of manufacturing defects or transit damage, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Customized orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once an item is shipped or enters production, cancellation is not possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost after verification.
