  • Regular products can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, while bespoke or made-to-measure items are eligible only for alterations.
  • Once our fulfillment center receives and inspects your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
  • For refunds, the amount will be issued within 7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
